Please start from the front entry door and measure Clockwise.

Location: The location of the window/door, (example, Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bathroom 1, Bathroom 2, Master Bath, Closet)

Quantity: Combine Quantity for windows that are like for like.

Frame Type: Use block frame when existing windows are Wood.

Frame Type: Use new Construction (Nail-Fin) when the opening is brand new, or when breaking stucco to remove the entire old frame.

Frame Type: Use Retrofit when installing over an existing Aluminum or steel frame.

Width: Always measure width first, Place your tape inside frame from one side to the other side inside frame.

Height: Repeat same steps as Width to measure Height.

Style: Choose the correct style of window or door you'd like.

Series: Choose the correct window series you'd like.

Interior Color: Choose the correct interior frame color.

Exterior Color: Choose the correct exterior frame color.

Glass Type: For safety glass choose tempred, for higher STC rating, better noise reduction, please choose Noise Pack.

Obscure Type: Title 24, Dual Glazed Glass, Low-e 366 is included in all windows and doors.

Obscure Type: For better privacy choose Standard, Delta, Glue Chip, or Niagra obscured glass.

Grid Size: Select the size of grills in between the glass for this section.

Grid Style: For French style grills select Colonial, for Peremeter style grills select Marginal, for custom grills select custom.

Grid Width: Number of boxes in the entire window Horizontal.

Grid Height: Number of boxes in the entire window Vertical.

Flange: Retro flange is part of the frame also called Z bar, This is used when installing a retro-fit window which causes no damage inside or outside.

Flange: Nail-fin is part of the frame which is used only on brand new construction or when succo is removed and entire old frame is removed so that the fin can be nailed on to the studs of the house.
